Berlin’s Positive Self & Miffy give us “Shindig Nation”, a completely original and unique blending of braindance melodics and hard club beats. Tigerbeat6 veteran Kevin Blechdom joins up with occasional collaborator Ad Hawk for “Frankenstein”, a magical mess of mutant general MIDI madness you can both hum along and dance to.
Sweden’s Hakan Lidbo steps out of from his usual dance producer persona for blistering chiptune noise rawk with “Lab-rats.”
Most surprisingly, we have Ed Flis – more commonly known for his many recordings as Duran Duran Duran – with his first release under his own name, and it’s a massive glitchy techno stomper, as well produced as it is relentless.
